LWIR-640 Te LWIR-640 thermal imager from Ametek Land is designed for automation, machine vision, and process control applications. Tis long-wavelength thermal imager can withstand harsh industrial and environmental conditions. It offers temperature measurements ranging from -20 to 1,000°C in three different ranges, along with various optics and field-of-view options. Te LWIR-640 enables live streaming of
temperature images at up to 60 frames per second, facilitating continuous control, documentation, and visualisation of industrial processes. It can perform accurate temperature measurements for applications such as blast furnaces, flare stacks, pilot flame detection, hot-spot detection, and monitoring of furnace shells, transformers, battery charging stations, and substations. With high-pixel thermal resolution, smart industry 4.0 capabilities, an integrated webserver, and bi-directional I/O options, the LWIR-640 offers robust measurements and thermographic imagery. Its Power over Ethernet GBit- Ethernet one-cable connection allows for easy installation, maintenance, and integration into plant control and data management systems.

Boson+ CZ 14-75 Teledyne Flir has released the Boson+ CZ 14-75, its first thermal camera module with a high-performance continuous zoom (CZ) lens, designed for defence applications. Tis module is suitable for unmanned aerial vehicles, perimeter surveillance, light armoured vehicle situational awareness and targeting, and soldier sighting systems. Advanced lens control electronics ensure thermal gradient compensation to maintain focus across various operational temperatures, while object range compensation maintains focus during zoom, even for nearby targets.
Triton HDR TDR054S Te new 5.4MP Triton HDR camera from Lucid Vision Labs features the AltaView on-camera adaptive tone mapping engine. It offers a wide- angle field of view and high-precision recognition for applications such as advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving. It is suitable for electrical fuse inspection, medical imaging, visible welding analysis, and intelligent transportation system applications that require high dynamic range imaging. Te Triton HDR TDR054S utilises the Sony
IMX490 back-illuminated stacked CMOS sensor, enabling simultaneous 120dB HDR imaging and LED flicker mitigation through sub-pixel technology. With Lucid’s AltaView adaptive tone mapping engine, the camera delivers real-time tone-mapped image output, enhancing details in shadows and highlights. Tis reduces the
resources required for artificial intelligence processing and mobile sensing applications, the firm says. Te Triton camera features IP67 protection, Power over Ethernet, shock and vibration resistance, and compatibility with GigE Vision 2.0 and GenICam3 standards.

Pinnacle TLZ-9KG5 Emergent Vision Technologies has launched a new line scan camera, the Pinnacle TLZ- 9KG5. Te camera is equipped with a 100GigE QSFP28 interface and boasts a top single-line rate of 608kHz. It incorporates the advanced 9K, 256-stage time delay integration Gpixel GLT5009BSI CMOS sensor featuring a 5×5µm pixel size and a 45.36mm sensor scanning width. Te camera is both GigE Vision and
GenICam compliant, ensuring compatibility across different systems. It supports cable lengths ranging from 1m up to 10Km, eliminating the need for expensive fibre converters/repeaters. Additional features include support for an internal rotary or linear encoder, M52 mount, exposure/integration
Te Boson+ CZ 14-75 eliminates boresight
wander and other image artefacts during zooming. Te module incorporates built-in tests that continuously run at startup or can be commanded to provide real-time notifications, enhancing operational reliability. With a 12-micron pixel pitch and a resolution of 640x512, the Boson+ CZ 14-75 offers superior detection, recognition, and identification performance, the firm says, particularly in challenging low-contrast and low-visibility environments.
