Aigenpulse’sDr Satnam Surae discusses how the company delivers a platform to support AI and ML research
Can you tell me about Aigenpulse and its platform to support scientists? Aigenpulse is a technology company fully focused on the life sciences and our main product offering is a data and machine learning platform, which enables scientists to process, manage and analyse their scientific data. They can store their raw data results and analyses in the platform so it’s all in one place, which enables time-saving multi omics data analysis with 100 per cent visibility and reproducibility. We have modules or what we call
experiment suites, which are experiment or lab technique specific. We have the CytoML Suite for cytometry, a proteomics suite, and many more. The technology platform is also cloud-based and scientists can access it through a web browser. The platform retains all raw data, all analysis steps and results, thereby enabling 100 per cent reproducibility. Finally, the platform is also available

with GXP validation, with all audit trails recorded and complies with FDA 21 CFR Part 11. And as a company we’re ISO 27001, and ISO 9001 compliant. So it’s not just bringing the technology to the users, but it’s doing it in a way that is firstly accessible to them. Secondly, it provides them time saving and the ability to do things they could not do before. Thirdly, is the focus on quality, reproducibility and the validation of the platform that it is helping scientists by providing a platform that is secure and compliant.
How has the platform evolved over time? A couple years back, we took stock of what we were doing in the space, and where the opportunities are. There’s a lot of space in the in research and development to use this kind of technology to do a lot of things, but then we thought, there’s probably a more important role where
