ENGAGING AND COMMUNICATING
CONSULTING Through the Youth Council, we meet with young people in a variety of youth group settings to discuss topics, learn their views and carry out consultations on a wide range of issues. Consultations are generated from our own service, the local Council and local and national partners. All findings from these focus groups and consultations are reported back to the relevant parties.
We use both social networking sites and online survey tools to gain the views of young people.
North Ayrshire Youth Services act as a central resource for consultations with young people. Any partner agency or department seeking feedback from young audiences is encouraged to engage with Youth Services who can provide a range of resources for gaining the views of young people.
