Two of the first properties at Redrow Homes’ new


Plas Ty Draw development have been bought by local family for a brother and sister who will live two doors apart. Carol Hannah, 60, and accountant husband Paul, 64, decided to use some inheritance and money from the sale of some businesses to invest in properties for their grown-up son and daughter. Having surveyed numerous developments and properties, late last year they decided to invest in two four-bedroom Redrow Homes at the new Plas Ty Draw site in Lisvane, just a couple of miles from their own home. Te family bought the first two properties at the new 45-plot site, where construction started in November. Mum Carol’s hope is that the properties will provide a secure home and future investment for son Hudson and daughter Charlotte.
