Stephen said that he’s hopeful that the pay disparity he’s dealing with in pay talks now will soon be resolved if a recent offer is accepted by the workforce. He emphasises why being a member of Unite has never been more important for rural bus workers.
“While our employer is in the main a great employer to work for, sometimes things can become unbalanced as we’ve seen with the pay disparity,” he said. “Thank God with Unite in the workplace we can work to address those issues and make a big difference for our members.”
