There are two types of frame on the wall-hung option – L and I support. How do you know which is required for a particular installation? Firstly you need to find out if the wall you are installing the pan on is a solid or stud partition wall. You will need the product and frame before you start tiling the walls and floor as the frame comes in the box with the product and will need to be embedded into the wall and/or floor. • For solid walls, such as brick walls, the I support frame is recommended. • For stud walls, such as plasterboard walls, the L support frame is recommended. The pre-installation information details the space required for each support frame.
