Steel belt specialist Continuous Process Solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of Geoff Priest as Sales Director, a move that further strengthens the company’s commitment to delivering exceptional expertise and customer support across the food, chemicals, wood- based panels, pharmaceuticals and rubber manufacturing sectors. Born and raised in Dudley, Geoff brings with him an extraordinary 47 years of experience in engineering sales and business development. Widely recognised throughout the West Midlands manufacturing community, he has built a reputation for technical knowledge, commercial acumen and a customer-first approach that has earned him the trust of manufacturers, OEMs and processing businesses alike. At Continuous Process Solutions, Geoff’s immediate focus will be strengthening relationships with customers across bakery tunnel ovens and IQF OEMs and factory fit-out specialists. planned throughout the summer, he will be working across the company’s full product portfolio while helping customers maximise performance and reliability through steel belt technology. Geoff will also play a prominent role at the PPMA Show at the NEC in September, where visitors will have the opportunity to meet him and learn


more about the company. Commenting on his appointment, Geoff

Theegarten-Pactec expands its executive team


Theegarten-Pactec has announced that Robert Berge has joined the management team as of 1st June. His arrival comes ahead of the retirement of long-standing Managing Director Dr Egbert Röhm, scheduled for the end of 2028. With this appointment, the packaging machinery manufacturer is setting the course early for a smooth succession. Theegarten-Pactec is a leading global


manufacturer of high-performance packaging lines for the confectionery and food industries. With Robert Berge, the company is gaining an accomplished leader with extensive industry and production expertise. He also has long- standing management experience in the drive technology sector. During his career to date, Robert


Berge has been responsible for managing large production divisions and, since 2013, for the successful

management of a medium-sized industrial company. In this role, he drove forward the strategic and operational development of production sites in Germany within an international context. His key priorities included developing long- term, sustainable site


strategies,


strengthening competitiveness, growth and operational efficiency – as well as


supporting transformation processes in value chain and make-or-buy structures. He was also responsible for the introduction of modern production, control and ERP systems. “I look forward to shaping the next


phase of growth together with the Theegarten-Pactec team. My focus will be on innovation, digitalisation, operational excellence and sustainable value creation,” commented Robert Berge on taking up his post. As part of a structured transition


phase, Robert Berge will gradually take over responsibilities from Dr Egbert Röhm, who has served as Managing Director of Theegarten-Pactec since 2005. Dr Röhm will remain with the company as Managing Director until the end of 2028 and will actively support the transition. This also ensures that the company’s future management structure is in place at an early stage.
