xhibitors are beginning to sign up for Vendies Live, the new dedicated vending exhibition launching in June
2027. As preparations gather pace, we will be speaking to some of the companies already committed to taking part to find out why they have decided to exhibit, what they hope to achieve and what they believe the event will bring to the industry. This month it’s turn of British manufacturing and design specialist in vending and automated retail, Nebrak, who were one of the first to join the list of exhibitors. Vending International asked founder Paul Howard about the company’s participation and this is what he had to say…
1. What has attracted Nebrak to exhibiting at Vendies Live, and why was it the right fit for your business? For me, exhibitions are about making time to talk properly: catching up with clients, meeting new people and understanding what their businesses need. Every bespoke project we take on is managed individually, so understanding the people, the space and their ambitions matters. Vendies Live gives us another opportunity to build those relationships. Coming together to do business, then celebrating the industry’s achievements at The Vendies the following day, feels like a natural fit.
2. What are you hoping to achieve by
exhibiting, and which products, innovations or services are you most looking forward to showcasing? I want people to leave our stand with ideas for their next project. Being able to touch the

materials, feel the finishes and experience the quality and craftsmanship first-hand makes a difference. Talking with our team can then open up possibilities they hadn’t considered. We’re constantly developing our
furniture. Right now, that includes Aura, our illuminated branding finish, and professionally integrated media screens. These give operators more choice, helping them personalise their offer and create refreshment spaces that rival the high street. By the exhibition, we may have more to
share; several ideas are bubbling away. We’ll be listening, too. Understanding what clients need helps us develop solutions that strengthen their portfolios and give them a competitive edge.
3. Why would you encourage other companies in the vending industry to consider exhibiting at the show? I can only speak for Nebrak, but staying close to our clients, listening carefully and continually developing what we offer are values that keep us moving forward. Exhibitions bring all of that together. A face-to-face conversation can help solve
a problem, spark an idea or start a lasting relationship. For us, that makes taking part worthwhile.
exhibition space offering both space- only and shell-scheme stand options. With strong transport connections and direct rail access to central London, the venue provides an ideal setting for exhibitors to meet vending operators, buyers and other industry professionals in a focused trade show environment. Vendies Live will fill an important gap in the market as the only dedicated vending exhibition in the south of England. By running alongside The Vendies Awards, the exhibition is expected to benefit from strong attendance from operators, suppliers and industry stakeholders already travelling to London for the sector’s flagship awards evening. Exhibitors will also benefit from a
targeted marketing campaign across leading vending media channels, industry associations and operator buying groups, helping to maximise visitor awareness and footfall. Datateam Business Media organises
more than 35 live events across the UK, including awards ceremonies and medium-to-large exhibitions. The company’s events, logistics and marketing teams will work together to deliver a high-quality launch event for the vending sector. With exhibition space limited, companies interested in participating are encouraged to secure their stand early. For further information, contact
