£1m raised for Macmillan Cancer Support byCEF C
EF, along with its dedicated supporters, has announced that it has delivered on its commitment to raise over £1 million for Macmillan Cancer Support – a remarkable achievement since its fundraising eff orts began in 2020.
Over the 5-year period, CEF has engaged in a variety of imaginative fundraising activities, from head-shaving events and mountain climbing to football tournaments, golf days, cake sales, cycling
challenges, raffl es and more. These collective achievements show what can be accomplished when we unite around a common cause. Robin Tilling, COO of CEF, stated: “Raising £1 million is an exceptional milestone that belongs to every team member in our business, together with the supplier partners and customers who contributed. I am incredibly proud of the spirit, teamwork and generosity demonstrated over the past fi ve years. Thank you for showing what we can

Scolmore appoints three new ASMs S
colmore Group has welcomed three new area sales managers to its Click Scolmore sales team.
Gary Middleton, Mark Richardson and Steve Varley join the business, bringing with them a wealth of industry knowledge, technical expertise and commercial experience.
Gary Middleton has been appointed ASM for the West Midlands, covering Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Staff ordshire. Having been in the industry since 2005, including two years spent as an ASM for Scolmore Group’s lighting business Ovia, Gary has established an
excellent reputation in the electrical industry. Mark Richardson joins the business as ASM covering Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands. From his previous role with a lighting manufacturer, Mark brings an in-depth knowledge of the electrical wholesale market and experience in tailoring solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
Steve Varley is the new ASM covering the Shrewsbury, Shropshire, Powys and Staff ordshire regions. With extensive experience in the electrical wholesale fi eld, as well as previously working for a lighting manufacturer, Steve will
have a crucial role to play in maintaining a strong client rapport, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the wiring accessories industry.
