Kemtron Ltd is a premier manufacturer and supplier of RFI/EMI shielding gaskets, EMC components and environmental gasket solutions. The product range consists of electrically conductive gaskets. Kemtron’s processes include extrusion, compression moulding, die cutting, kiss cutting and fabricating gaskets to customer’s specification. EMC gaskets can be tailored to meet commercial standards for RFI/EMI shielding and environmental sealing or high end military specification including NEMP (nuclear electromagnetic pulse) and NBC (nuclear, biological and chemical) protection. Elastomeric seals for water and dust sealing are available in materials that meet UL94V-0 flame retardency, and offer a wide temperature range, chemical and solvent resistant and low compression/deflection. These seals can be supplied as flat gaskets or extruded in many profiles to meet the demands of the environment.
