EGA delivered an exceptional performance at the 2025
Instrumentation & Electronics Awards, held at the Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden. The prestigious ceremony — organised jointly by Instrumentation Monthly and Components in Electronics (CIE)— brought together leading innovators, manufacturers and solution providers from across the instrumentation and electronics landscape.
The company was named Sensor Product of the Year for its VEGAPULS Basic Radar Level Sensor, while the Flow, Level & Control Product of the Year title was awarded for the VEGAPULS 42. The VEGAPULS Basic Radar Level Sensor has established itself as something of a benchmark in industrial level measurement. This series is ideal for highly accurate, non- contact level measurement in standard applications, especially where a high protection class and really good signal focusing are required. The VEGAPULS 42 is the ideal sensor for non-contact level measurement of liquids and bulk solids in simple to moderate applications. The achievement of winning awards for both the VEGAPULS Basic Radar Level Sensor and the VEGAPULS 42 highlights VEGA’s continued leadership in radar and level- measurement innovation, reflecting the company’s commitment to engineering solutions that are not only technologically
advanced but robust, reliable and ready for real-world industrial environments. The 2025 ceremony, the first year in which the Instrumentation Excellence Awards and the Electronics Industry Awards were combined into a single flagship event, brought renewed visibility and prestige to winners and finalists. For VEGA, the accolades offer a powerful third- party endorsement at a time when the demands on instrumentation continue to intensify - whether through increased regulatory requirements, the rapid adoption of digitalisation, or the need for smarter, connected and highly accurate measurement technologies across process and manufacturing sectors.
The awards also arrive as VEGA continues to expand its capabilities in radar level technology, evidenced by its recent product innovations.
