ZL6 DATA LOGGER IS USER-FRIENDLY FOR ANALYSING ENVIRONMENTAL DATA
data logger that is designed to take the pain out of setting up a data acquisition system and performing analyses. Thanks to its compatibility with a wide range of sensors, together with its ZENTRA Cloud connectivity, users enjoy remote access to near-real-time data via any web browser. All of this makes it easier to correlate event factors, identify trends and spot problems faster. A maximum of six METER plug-and-play
L
environmental sensors can be connected to the ZL6 for near-real-time measurement of various weather parameters, soil moisture and soil water potential. Barometric pressure and temperature measurements are incorporated as standard giving an instant insight of conditions at the loggers location. If the ZL6 cannot connect to the cloud due to a lack of access to a cellular network, data can be stored onboard and downloaded via a USB output.

THERMAL CAMERA STREAMLINES INDUSTRIAL INSPECTIONS
D
esigned to streamline industrial inspections, the new FLIR T860
thermal imaging camera has an ergonomic body, a vibrant LCD touchscreen visible from low angles, and an integrated color viewfinder for sun glare conditions. The 640"480-resolution thermal camera incorporates FLIR's advanced Vision Processing™, including patented MSX® and UltraMax® image enhancement technologies to provide outstanding image clarity. This new thermal camera is the first to feature onboard Inspection Route software, ideal for streamlining inspections of critical assets, including power substation components, distribution lines, manufacturing equipment, or facility electrical and mechanical systems. By running a pre-planned route through the camera, thermal inspectors can spend less time in the field and face less hassle when creating survey reports.

POWELECTRICS INDUSTRY 4.0 SOLUTION HELPS CRAGGS ENERGY IMPROVE SITE SAFETY, STOCK CONTROL AND LOGISTICS
Energy, an innovative and expanding business, which supplies over 50 million litres per annum of fuels and lubricants to UK homes, farms and businesses via three depots and a national partner network. This image shows Craggs Padiham Depot, where Powelectrics remote monitoring
P
solution was installed on four 230,000 litre tanks. Prior to installation, Craggs employees read levels locally using a clear pipe on the
side of each tank. Pipes tended to discolour quickly, due to colour transference from the fuels. Sometimes they lasted under a year before levels could no longer be read. Replacing the pipes was both disruptive and expensive. Even when the levels were visible, local operatives were obliged to climb steps into
the bund to see the pipes, which could be hazardous, especially in wet and freezing Winter conditions, just when heating oil was in greatest demand and levels were changing most quickly!

MINIATURE UNDERWATER VIBRATION SENSORS
he models 746 and 754 are miniature underwater vibration sensors for general purpose applications. Wilcoxon
underwater accelerometers are designed to be used virtually anywhere under continuous submersion. They are built to withstand the high pressures of deep submergence. Titanium cases are useful when it is desired to have the accelerometer be highly resistant to galvanic corrosion or mounted on titanium structures.
The ability to retain a hermetic seal while submerged is paramount for underwater accelerometers. All Wilcoxon underwater accelerometers are designed for continuous exposure to 650 PSI of water pressure. Helium leak testing is used to verify the hermeticity of the welding for accelerometers.
