Life care planning
Life care planning is the future of elder law, which integrates long-term care co-ordination and elder law services into a bespoke tailored plan for each client. This section will explain the professional you should consult if your loved one is diagnosed with memory loss, has a stroke or other medical condition, or can no longer live independently.
What is a life care plan?
The Life Care Plan itself is a combination of identified care needs, projecting the future needs and recommendations related to the good long-term care that can be reshaped to meet the changing needs in a client’s situation. In addition,
the plan sets out solutions to help prevent improper or ignored long-term care planning. Elder people experience more unexpected events with serious implications, than other demographics. A life care plan will enable the family to be prepared for what may occur suddenly with a thought-out plan of action.
