Who pays for hospice care? Who treats the patient?
Hospice care provides patients with a team of specialists dedicated to making the life of the patient as comfortable as possible.
Hospice care is covered by most commercial insurance plans, and all Medicare plans. Though it can be diffi cult to initiate discussion, it is important to be open to talking about hospice care with family to ensure you get the information and guidance you need when it is time. You can also set up a no cost consultation with a hospice liaison for an explanation of benefi ts.
Our focus is to enable our patients to live as fully and comfortably as possible while providing spiritual and palliative care through God’s grace.
Our core values are the principles and beliefs of our orgwanization and its motivation through:
• Compassion • Dignity • Integrity
• Quality • Service • Stewardship
