NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Seclrelary ol Stale lor Transport in exercise ol his powers under the above-mentioned Acts has prepared a draft compulsory purchase order, entitled as above, which he proposes to make, authorising him to purchase compulsorily the land described in the schedule hereto for the purpose of the construction of a roundabout junction between the A671 and the A59 on the site ot the
existing T Junction.
Copies of the draft order and of the plan relerred to therein have been deposited and may be seen at all reasonable hours
