Notice Is Hereby Given that the Lancashire County Council, being the Highway Authority, intend to apply to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at the Court House, King Street, Clitheroe, on Tuesday, 22nd October, 1991, at 9.45 a.m. for an Order authorising the stopping up of a length of redundant highway, former A59, North of ‘Arnot House’, Chatburn, Ribble Valley Borough, subject to the retention of a right of way on foot, a total distance of 147 metres.
