1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR TRANSPORT HAS MADE an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the A59 Samlesbury-Skipton Trunk Road, East of Gisburn


2. THE EFFECT OF THE ORDER will be to impose a mandatory 40 mph speed limited on the A59 Trunk Road between Monk Bridge and Bentha Hill whilst road improvements are carried out.
