seeking a Module Leader for our expanding Electronics Department. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and achievement of quality and production targets for our varied range of switchgear, meeting the highest standards through the effective use of the latest technology. This will involve introducing the necessary systems and facilities to deal with our rapidly changing product portfolio. Your responsibilities will also include the selection, training and development of a multi-disciplinary support team including operators, engineers, craftsmen and supervisors
To meet the demands of this role you must possess
an engineering degree and at least two years experience in a manufacturing environment. A working knowledge of electronics and assembly operations would be an advantage but is not essential. In addition, self-motivation enthusiasm and proven leadership skills are personal
qualities vital to success. We are offering an attractive salary and benefits
package including 25 days' holiday, contributory pension scheme and overtime pay.
