NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Lancashire County Council have made and Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit any motor vehicles from


proceeding over the unclassified Cow Ark/Newton Road at Bowland Forest/Newton in the Borough of Ribble Valley a distance of approximately 5.3km
