NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Lancashire County Council have made and Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit any motor vehicles from


proceeding over the unclassified Cow Ark/Newton Road at Bowland Forest/Newton in the Borough of Ribble Valley a distance of approximately 5.3km


The temporary closure is necessary in order to resurface the carriageway which is of restricted width throughout


The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Closure is as follows:-

C477 (Dunsop Bridge to Whitewell) and Hall Hill and vice-versa |
