NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lancashire County Council have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect ol which wtH be to temporarily prohibit any motor vehicle from proceeding over the whole length ol Albion Street, Clitheroe, from its unction with York Street, to its junction with Waterloo Road, Clitheroe, Ribble Valley Borough, a distance ot approximately 100 metres.
