taurant, Chipping. Special guests were Clitheroe Mayor, Coun. James McGliie, who is the club’s president, and the Mayoress, Mrs Hilda McGhie. Speaker Canon Edward Wynne, a former Vicar of Chatburn, gave a humorous account of his career.
