NOT IC E is hereby given, that the Lancashire County Council intend to make an order under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit any commercial vehicle, the gross weight of which exceeds 7.5 tonnes, to proceed in the following lengths of road, except for access to premises situate on those lengths of roads for the purposes of loading or unloading:
