The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in exercise of the powers conferred by article 14 of the Sheep Scab Order 1977 (a), as amended by the Sheep Scab (Amendment Order 1981 (b), the Sheep Scab (Amendment) Order 1983 (c) and the Sheep Scab (Amendment Order 1984 (d), hereby makes the following special order:—


CITATION, COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION 1. This Order, which may be cited as the . Sheep Scab (Infected Area) (No. 3) Special Order 1984, shall come into operation on July 15th, 1984 and shall remain in force until midnight on August 11th, 1984. DECLARATION OF INFECTED AREA 2. The area described in the Schedule to. this Order is hereby declared to be an infected area for the purposes of the Animal Health Act 1981 (e) and Part IV of the Sheep Scab Order 1977 as amended.
