RIBBLE VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL NON DEFINITIVE FOOTPATH AT HOLDEN, BOLTON-BY-BOWLAND PUBLIC PATH ORDER 1983


On 30th August, 1983 the Ribble Valley Borough Coun­ cil confirmed without modifi­ cation the above-named order. The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert the north west extremity of the definitive footpath so that it runs to the rear of the Council Houses along the northern boundary of tne garden area of the recently converted barn and connects with the road near Lane Ends. A copy of the confirmed order and the map contained in it has been deposited at and may be inspected free of charge at the Information Desk, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe during normal office hours. Copies of the order and map may be purch­ ased. This order becomes operative as from 27th September, 1983 but if any person ag­ grieved by the order desires to question the validity thereof or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the order, he may under section 244 of the Town and Country Plan­ ning Act 1971 within six weeks from the date of publi­ cation ot this notice make ap­ plication for the purpose to the High Court.
