Badminton fans aim to form a club

A GROUP of Clitheroe badminton enthusiasts are hoping to form a club and apply to use Roefield Barn to ' p la y th e ir matches.


The- R ib b le Valley


Sports Council, which is converting the barn into an indoor sports complex, has invited organisations to put' forward their names to use the facilities.


The badminton players


feel the barn would be a good place to practise and this is an ideal opportuni­ ty to form a club and apply.


At present/, there are


waiting lists for member­ ship o f badminton clubs in Clitheroe. /


Anyone/interested in
