Conflict of interests

I WOULD like to th a n k Mr Coulston for his comments on th e question, ‘ Is th e County Council losing touch, with the people? ” I t is a revelation to me to know th a t there are 169 members of th e county council. No wonder the man in th e s t re e t sometimes despairs of ever getting to th e bottom of who is ac tua lly responsible for w h a t he feels are very wrong decisions, and no wonder th e council seems o u t of to u c h with th e p eople.
