IS NEW MANAGER OF STARKIE ARMS
MANAGER of the Starkie Arms Hotel, Mr Giorg.o Ronclietti has only had his
job for a week. But Mr Ronchetti alreaoy
knows his way around the hotel well enough — because he h a s been head waiter
th e re for the pas t three years. The first few days of business for him, and his English wife, Valerie, who is in charge of the h o te ls catering side, have been
ra th e r hectic. A native of Como, Italy, he
has however had 22 years' experience of catering in Iris home country, Switzci land and England, so he has been able to cope with th e many problems lacing him.
FOUR CHILDREN • Our aim is to provide
first-class service for our customers," said Mr Ronchc- i • 1
