with a beautiful crown made specially for her /by Mr. Ernest MacNaughlon, who is a member o^ the Castle Fete
committee. Mrs. MacNaughlon made

Mr. MacNaughton began
his hobby of making jewels from odd stones and brooches in 1953 before the coronation. Six months ago he took up
this hobby seriously by designing and making a tiara for Miss Owen to wear at a function at Clilhcroc Hos pital. He also made the lovely

his task was, lie said, collect ing all the odd jewellery from his friends.
