They pleaded guilty to pur­


suing game without a licence, using a gun for taking game on a Sunday, killing game on a


Sunday and being suspected of coming from land after being. In search of game.- The two guns were confiscated.

utmost sympathy with the defendants,' but they have pleaded guilty to the offences. The magistrates are under a mandatory obligation to con­ fiscate the rifles and ammuni- tloii.’’
