Assurance of Learning Signs New Collaboration Agreement to Provide a Full-Service Offer
The UK based training and management consultancy company, Assurance of Learning, has signed a new Collaboration Agreement with the behavioural consultancy and training company, Human Factor Matters. The Agreement is anticipated to generate a combined six-figure revenue for both companies within the first 12 months, with services being tailored for multiple sectors including the oil and gas, renewables, maritime and high-risk industrial sectors.
The Collaboration Agreement, which launched this month, is designed to drive increased safety and competence in high-risk sectors by enabling prospective customers to access cost-effective solutions for business performance improvement. Both companies will work closely with businesses to assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, with a specific focus on the human factor element of a business.
Under the Agreement, the range of services will primarily focus on addressing performance issues, skills and training issues, and competence. Utilising a subscription service model and the expertise of Human Factor Matters, businesses will be able to quickly identify areas where performance can be improved. Assurance of Learning’s team of accredited consultants will then support businesses to address and mitigate operational issues through their extensive portfolio of coaching, mentoring, training and detailed consultancy services.

This will not only secure our existing team, but also create the potential to add additional team resource throughout 2023.”
Both companies bring extensive experience working within high-risk industries. Assurance of Learning is co-owned by energy industry veterans, Duncan Bonner and David Christie, and an experienced Industrial Psychologist, Tijana Berlafa; and the Founder of Human Factor Matters, Janice Douglas has also worked within several high-risk environments including the aviation industry, oil and gas, civil engineering, manufacturing, local government and renewables.
