As evening falls, the concept transitions into a more elevated fine dining experience. Dinner at Pino becomes a more immersive and refined culinary journey, where the elegance of Italian cuisine is seamlessly combined with the richness of the Cycladic landscape. The menu places particular emphasis on exceptional local produce, featuring seasonal vegetables, aromatic herbs sourced from the island and, most notably, a strong seafood led offering.
