WHAT’S ON IN YOUR COUNT Y

MAN ON A MISSION One man. One Mission. Is it possible? No, not really.

Milton Jones reveals the truth about being an international spy, before being given a disappointing new identity which forced him to appear on Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo in his new show Milton ones: Milton Impossible.

But this is also a love story with the twist, or even a really bad sprain. Just gloriously daft nonsense or is there a deeper meaning?

See him at Birmingham Town Hall on Wednesday, October 19. For tickets visit bmusic.co.uk

HOOKED ON VONDA SHEPHERD

Following the success of Vonda Shepherd’s recent UK tours including the barnstorming joint tour with Sharon Corr which sold out venues across the UK, Vonda will be returning to Birmingham to play a set of greatest hits, favourites and songs from her new album Red Light, Green Light with her full band.

Vonda first shot to fame through her appearances, performances and musical accompaniment on the tv show Ally McBeal. The theme song Searching My Soul reached the top 10 in the UK and Vonda released a series of Ally inspired albums which went on to sell a staggering 12 million copies worldwide.

Including such favourites as Tell Him, Maryland, Hooked On A Feeling, I Only Want To Be With You, Baby Don’t You Break My Heart Slow, Proud Mary, Walk Away Rene and You Belong To Me. This is one feel good evening filled with nostalgia not to miss!
