ALBION MEADOWS AND LODGE OFFICIAL OPENING OF NEW APARTMENTS AND FACILITIES

Dame Harriet Baldwin, Member of Parliament for West Worcestershire, officially opened the wonderful new shared facilities at Albion Meadows and Albion Lodge Retirement Home, along with the 16 fabulous apartments for those over 55. This event marked a significant milestone in Albion Lodge Retirement Home’s 40-year history, celebrating its ongoing commitment to providing high-quality, independent living solutions.

The new facilities, designed to meet the evolving needs of residents and local people, include the creation of 16 new apartments, offering the best combination of independent living with the reassuring comfort of 24-hour support. The apartments available are one- and two-bedroom units, offering wonderful views over rolling countryside or village life.

There are also enhanced facilities for Albion Lodge Retirement Home residents. These new spaces incorporated a comfortable reception room, gym, hairdresser, and treatment room, specifically designed to foster community engagement, and promote well-being for all residents.

The opening ceremony took place at Albion Lodge Retirement Home and Albion Meadows. The ribbon-cutting followed by a blessing from Reverend Sue Adeney with tours of the new spaces, including the apartments and Albion Lodge’s comfortable rooms, where over 60 guests had the opportunity to see the wide range of services now available to them.
