Antac are fast, efficient, friendly and competent and have provided us with a service since 2015. They take care of every element of both hard and soft services within our FM contract of 3 buildings in London. When the contract with Antac was originally agreed they came in and hit the ground running. I can honestly say every member of our staff, in all 3 buildings, rate Antac to the highest level. The engineers are efficient, always have ID, show up to site neat, tidy and well presented, they communicate well and completely understand our needs and wants. Trying to keep these buildings open and operational is so complicated and if we didn’t have a contractor like Antac my job would be 10 times


harder. Antac are a dream contractor to have, the contract runs smoothly and I couldn’t wish for a better service.


I have been working with Antac for 3 years now. Initially we went to Antac to replace the Window Cleaning contract, but we now also use them for ad-hoc specialist cleaning, (in particular during Covid lockdowns), as well as maintenance within COVID vaccination centres. I manage multiple services over a large area; from catering, cleaning, security and subcontracted services. Antac take issues away from me as their service level is so good - they’re exactly what somebody like me needs. When you have a company as reliable as Antac it takes potential problems away which allows me to concentrate on the core services. Window Cleaning was always a 30-minute discussion in our main monthly client meetings, after


Antac took over it became 30 seconds. If I had to sum up Antac, I would say: Great value, great service, great people.


Our partnership with Antac began in January 2015, when they were awarded the planned maintenance of the Ministry of Defence sites across the Southeast (Hampshire and London). Over the last 6 years Antac have consistently delivered a high level of service, they have managed and achieved KPI targets and supported Amey in volunteering at various local community days. As a result of their performance, their scope of work was expanded to cover additional sites and project work in the Southeast area. Most recently, Antac successfully tendered and


won the prestigious Taurus project, the construction of the British Army’s first electric carport at Army HQ Andover. fmuk 25 ” ”
