Chiropractic starts with technique, and no one does it better than Palmer. Every Palmer student masters the Palmer Package—a foundation of four essential techniques: Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson and Toggle Recoil.


Our curriculum also introduces instrument-assisted and table-assisted techniques, with elective courses available for those looking to expand their expertise even further. We don’t just teach technique —we build chiropractors who are ready for anything.

Excel in Clinical Training


Palmer’s commitment to excellence extends into your clinical training. Students refine their skills under expert faculty in the Palmer Chiropractic Clinics—the largest chiropractic clinic network in the world. Last year alone, our students gained hands-on experience delivering more than 126,000 patient visits. Additional training opportunities include off-site preceptorships and rotations through the DoD/ VA program, offering invaluable real-world experience before graduation.
