MAZZELLA COMPANIES ACQUIRES CIS

azzella Companies has acquired Contractors & Industrial Supply Co., Inc. (CIS), strengthening its
footprint in Tennessee and Alabama as a one-stop shop for lifting, crane service, cranes, and rigging services. CIS was founded in 1970 by Hank
Schiller and serves a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, steel, marine, electrode handling, and light and sound. It is a full-service rigging supplier including custom lifting slings, fall protection devices, hoists, cranes, and rigging systems. Effective immediately, CIS will now
operate as Mazzella CIS. “CIS will complement the wide
range of rigging products and services that Mazzella Companies offers. Both companies are committed to delivering our customers with expertise and the safest and most effective overhead lifting and rigging solutions,” said Tony Mazzella, CEO, Mazzella Companies. This acquisition will provide Mazzella with a strategic location in Nashville, Tennessee and strengthen its other central U.S. locations in Memphis, Chattanooga, Oklahoma City, Dallas, and Birmingham.
