to comply with the capacity restrictions of ship gear cranes, allowing the unit to be lifted into the hull of ships to work heavy breakbulk cargo. The Terberg Taylor yard tractor is the most durable shunter truck on the market and is available in a wide range of capacities to handle the heaviest cargo towing needs. Taylor also offers a wide range of BABA (Build America, Buy America) battery-electric forklifts and container handlers. These units range from 36,000lbs capacity forklifts, to reach stackers that can stack containers and handle breakbulk cargo up to 100,000lbs. The ZRS- 9972 BEV Reach Stacker can run for 16 hours – equivalent to two full shifts – and fully recharge in as little as four hours.

Other special lift trucks for the breakbulk industry include 72,000lbs capacity RORO specific low height lift trucks for working interior decks of ships; heavy capacity RR removable counterweight machines up to 100,000lbs, and a wide variety of small support forklifts. With over 175 unique models of forklifts, container handlers and yard tractors, Taylor is a complete material handling solutions provider.

Greenfield Products, M01 Greenfield Products supports the breakbulk industry by supplying specialised lifting and material handling solutions. At BreakBulk Americas 2025, its booth will concentrate on four key product segments: spreaders, trailers, forklift / reach stacker attachments and custom engineered solutions. Greenfield Products offers a wide variety

of spreaders and spreader bars to handle any breakbulk or container cargo. Its trailer products include bomb carts, roll trailers, spill containment trailers and spreader chassis. In addition, the company designs, engineers and manufactures attachments to support the handling of steel coils, rebar, plate, containers, container chassis, lumber, boats and more. Greenfield Products aims to understand its

customers’ business principles in order to create and offer specialised equipment that helps improve their efficiency. Its core principles are around saving time, money and labour, while improving safety.

Hyster, F10 Hyster will feature high-capacity forklifts that deliver the powerful, long-lasting performance operations require, with configurability to meet unique operational requirements – including the choice of internal combustion engine (ICE) or lithium-ion battery power. Earlier this year, the company expanded its lineup of integrated lithium-ion battery powered forklifts to lifting capacities up to 40,000lbs. The Hyster J230-400XD is available

with a range of battery sizes to match duty cycle and charging requirements, configurable up to 280kW. The 350-volt architecture provides a right-sized solution for ICE-like performance and energy efficiency, offering long run times and minimal energy loss without the added cost and complexity of higher- voltage systems. Hyster now offers this series of integrated lithium-ion big trucks with load capacities from 23,000–40,000lbs and 24in, 36in or 48in load centres. The company will be exhibiting the equivalent ICE-powered model on its stand, which is built on the same platform, provides the same lifting and travel speeds, and the same cab design. As operations adopt electric equipment as part of emissions-reduction goals, many will run both ICE and electric trucks. High- capacity Hyster forklifts are designed to provide commonality across the product line regardless of power source.

Anvil Innovations, K01

Anvil Innovations is one of the oldest suppliers of grabs, grapples and clamshell buckets for bulk material handling. Anvil has been supplying products under various brand names since 1905. Its Anvil Attachments range includes

electrohydraulic, diesel hydraulic, non- powered radio control and traditional cable operated units. Anvil builds its grabs around a standard parts design that enables them to have the fastest lead times in the industry. Anvil says that it is the only US manufacturer

of clamshell buckets that has passed a two-year testing programme from the US government for quality and strength.

AUMUND Group, F01 AUMUND Group is a global leader in conveying and storage solutions, providing equipment

tailored to the ports and terminals sector. These include shiploaders, material feeders and eco hoppers. AUMUND’s solutions are designed

to optimise port logistics by enhancing loading, unloading and storage processes. The company says it has a strong focus on reliability and performance, meaning its equipment supports high throughput rates while minimising downtime and ensuring seamless material transfer in even the most demanding environments. The Group’s SAMSON Materials Handling division has developed a range of ship loading and unloading equipment for handling dry bulk materials. The aim is to deliver flexibility when operating on existing quays, as well as high performance loading, while maintaining the highest environmental standards for control of dust and pollution.

SAMSON says its mobile solutions provide

a level of performance normally expected from fixed installations, but with added flexibility. The company’s mobile shiploaders, material feeders and STORMAJOR can be operated independently of each other on any wharf, or be parked out of the way until required, so that when the wharf is not being used for the import or export of bulk materials, the space is freed up for other purposes.

Elme Spreader AB, N33 ELME Spreader supports companies worldwide with container handling solutions that make their work easier and more profitable.
