NATRIUM DEMONSTRATION Bechtel is the EPC partner for TerraPower, the advanced nuclear technology firm leading the development and deployment of the Natrium™ technology as part of a unique public-private Advanced Reactor Development Program (ARDP) with U.S. DOE to design and build a demonstration plant for the Natrium™ sodium fast reactor.

WATTS BAR UNIT 2 Bechtel was the prime contractor to the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and provided EPC services in the successful completion and return to service of the deferred Watts Bar Unit 2.

PLANT VOGTLE, UNITS 3 & 4 Bechtel was selected to complete the


construction and support commissioning of Vogtle Units 3 & 4 the first advanced Gen III+ units built in the U.S.


PALO VERDE, UNITS 1, 2 & 3 Bechtel was the Architect/Engineer and Constructor of Palo Verde in the Arizona desert, the largest nuclear plant in the U.S. at the time (recently eclipsed by Vogtle).
