Wholesale Program Terms and Conditions
SHIPPING: Flat rate shipping rates do apply.
Orders will ship within 5-7 business days unless they require engraving; we ask for 10 business days if products require engraving. Please indicate future ship date requests when placing your order.
ORDER MINIMUMS: Opening order is $400. Reorder is $45.
Custom order minimum is 25 / design. Please see custom section for more details. Personalized ring orders can be ordered in minimums of 1. Please see personalized ring section for more details.
TERMS:
Credit card is required for opening order. Net 30 is available upon request after your first order. We do not ship orders to past due accounts.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and checks are accepted. A credit card is required for the first order. Net 30 payments must be paid by check, ACH, or credit card. Accounts wishing to pay a net terms invoice with a credit card will be subject to a 3.0% surcharge.

BACKORDERS: Backorders less than 15% will be cancelled and will be reflected on your invoice. We will contact you for substitutions on backorders over 15%.
GUARANTEE: We offer a 90 day, money back guarantee program for your initial order. Should you decide not to continue selling Groove Life product anytime during your initial 90 days, we will buy back what you did not sell as long as it is in sellable condition (original packaging/not worn). Shipping will be at your expense. Please email wholesale@
groovelife.com for authorization as no returns will be accepted without authorization. You will receive instructions on the return process. Original form of payment will be refunded. The 90 day guarantee doesn’t apply to custom rings.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Orders cancelled after leaving our facilities are subject to all shipping costs both ways and a 25% restocking fee. Email

CUSTOM RINGS:
Needing to place a custom order with your logo or image? Please email
wholesale@groovelife.com. For custom rings, we ask that a minimum of 25 rings are ordered. Bulk discounts are available.
If a customer needs a custom ring replaced under our unlimited warranty, there will be a $10 engraving fee. No returns or refunds on custom rings.
78 | WHOLESALE PROGRAM WARRANTY:
Our products have an unlimited 94-year warranty. If a customer brings in a ring or watch band that has been purchased at your store and is damaged, contact us for a replacement to send to your store or have them contact Groove Life directly. A photo of damaged product is required and should be sent to wholesale@groovelife. com. Rings that were purchased over a year ago will result in a $6 shipping and handling fee. Custom and personalized engraved rings require a $10.00 replacement fee. Please see all details on our unlimit warranty at:

DAMAGED RINGS:
If you receive damaged product, we will accept returns on those products and offer a credit or refund to your account. Please contact us directly at
