What has been the biggest hurdle you’ve dealt with that you didn’t anticipate when starting ORIS Intelligence?
Pamela: The pull from the market (versus push); Having such an active and engaged customer base.

What have you as the founder and/or CEO learned about yourself since you began this journey?
Pamela: It’s tough and a journey with no short cuts.

If you were to invest in one thing in Columbus (aspect, infrastructure, etc.) what would it be? Why?
Pamela: Building out big paths in to all the Universities / Colleges for graduating students to make it easy to find all of the very interesting companies in the area to start their career in.

It would appear that there is more buzz surrounding the Columbus entrepreneurial and startup community than ever before. What key factors are driving this growth? What’s missing?
Pamela: What key factors are driving this growth? Buzz is good, but real thriving profitable businesses hiring and growing is what’s even better.
What’s missing? An ongoing growing list of entrepreneurial/startup companies that have used institutional capital to successfully build a profitable standalone business or one that others would want to acquire to build upon.
