Perfect For Pollinators – Incredible Scent

Quite possibly the most fragrant shrub on the world, Daphne ‘Perfume Princess’ certainly lives up to its name!

Coming into flower in March, a little earlier than other Daphnes, this incredible shrub boasts the most incredibly powerful, although not overwhelming scent. The fragrance is sweetly spicy and comes from flowers that are up to four times larger than any other Daphne.

Borne in clusters along the entire length of the stems, they begin as purple buds before opening to beautiful pale pink that gradually fades to white. 1.2m March-April

✔ Perhaps the most fragrant shrub in the world with its intoxicating, sweetly spicy spring scent!

✔ The largest, earliest flowers of any Daphne with purple buds opening to gorgeous pink flowers that fade to white

✔ Clusters of beautiful blooms carried along the whole length of the stems from March

✔ A superb hardy evergreen and the perfect size for growing in patio pots as well as in borders
