Helen Ashmore Funeral Service is an independent family run business.


Helen has been working in the funeral sector for over 20 years as a Funeral Director and has a vast amount of experience and knowledge. She is passionate about her work and caring for people. Finally her dream came true when she opened her own Funeral Home in 2013 in Cleveleys.


Over the years she has built up an excellent reputation throughout the Fylde Coast and surrounding areas and is committed to providing families a service renowned for its caring and sensitive manner, whilst paying attention to the finer details and always trying to exceed expectations at a time when a family need her services.


She knows only too well the pain and devastation felt by the loss of a loved one. Having lost her own mother (aged 48) in 1979 at the tender age of just 13 years old and also losing her eldest son (aged 29) in 2017. For this reason, she particularly understands how children feel when they suffer the loss of a parent and also how parents feel when they suffer the loss of a child.


The aim at Helen Ashmore Funeral Services is to focus on the ‘celebration of life’, when appropriate and to offer a service where you ‘say goodbye to a loved one not to your savings’ A truly compassionate, caring, flexible dignified and professional service.
