YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED STANDARDS FAQs #46 Question 5.

I note the TAPA Standards are updated every 3 years. Will this also be the case for the FSR Certification and Framework Document?

Answer: In principle, yes, the FSR Certification and Framework Document will be updated alongside the FSR Standard. It may be possible in time to centralise all TAPA certification processes into one document for the FSR, Trucking Security Requirements (TSR) and Parking Security Requirements (PSR) and to then list the requirements for each Standard separately. This may reduce the time it takes to update future Standards. This idea is still to be discussed and agreed but shows how TAPA is continuing to consider how to evolve its Standards to best support our members.

Question 4.

Who should I contact if I need clarification on the content of the FSR Certification and Framework Document 2020?

Answer: TAPA provides help and support for all TAPA Standards. TAPA EMEA members have direct access to our regional content experts by using this link

The TAPA-approved Independent Audit Bodies (IAB) also have experts available to assist their clients on implementing and maintaining TAPA’s Standards. See our list of IABs here
