Enhanced Performance Fibre Unit (EPFU) bundle fibre designed for blowing in ducts with an internal diameter of 3.5mm. Smaller fibre counts manufactured with a rough exterior coating to aid the performance of blowing allowing air capture on the surface of the fibre unit.


Prysmian Blown Fibre Tube External - Direct Install (Ducts)


External tube duct with a HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) outer sheath and a variable number of HDPE low friction inner tubes. The construction of the tubing also includes a metallic aluminium layer for additional moisture barrier protection.


•Low friction internal coating for maximum fibre blowing distance •Each tube accommodates one blown fibre unit (EPFU) up to 12 fibres
