Our client a leading security services provider who offer tech based solutions, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager with a can do attitude. Reporting to the Account Director, this role is responsible for managing a number of major accounts as the lead point of contact, ensuring all requirements are being met and helping the client succeed.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• To retain and grow major key accounts and develop solid and trusting relationships between the clients and key stakeholders across the business.
• To develop a complete understanding of your key accounts’ needs through account development plans, resolving enquiries, issues and complaints
Knowledge and Skills:
• Experience in the security industry (FM/Mobile Services/Guarding/Systems) • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role
• Evidence of achieving account growth, resolving issues and overcoming challenging situations
• Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including Director and/or C-level • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Dynamics or Salesforce) and MS Office • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs • 5-year checkable work history or continuous education history

Leading security service provider requires an experienced SIA Licenced Security Manager for one of their prestigious sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit a strong team and develop it further, to make innovations and changes to the site, including processes, procedures and the control room.
You will have excellent client facing skills, be able to demonstrate empathy for their requirements and work collaboratively to achieve expectations. A strong manager, you are adept at developing a high-performing, happy team. You will be versed in HR matters around recruitment, training, grievance and discipline.
In addition to experience the client is looking for applicants who can demonstrate time invested in professional development via academia or/and industry specific accreditations.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
• Experience of events and public attractions would be beneficial but not essential • Managing a team more than 25 security officers • High-level of customer service, Team player • FOH, post room, stage doors and loading bay • Security procedures, SOPs and SIA regulations (licence required) • Assignment Instructions

Bid Writer - London/Home based
Fab opportunity for a Bid Writer with extensive experience in the Service Sector. Working from home, with occasional travel to the London office, the Bid Writer will be responsible for writing compelling, creative and winning bids. Working closely with the Operations and Commercial teams to generate the right information to align the bid with the client, the successful Bid Writer will be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment delivering maximum quality.
Key Duties:
• Manage the process of completing all tender related documents, including timely planning and coordination of PQQ/RFP/Tenders from start to submission
• Follow governance and arrange kick off /solution/sign off meetings • A clear understanding & interpretation of questions and requirements within PQQ/RFP/Bid documents • Create both standard and bespoke responses
About You:
