Health & Physical Education 8


Our Cyber Health & Physical Education (HPE) course is designed to motivate and encourage the development of life skills for optimal mental, physical, and social health. A main goal of the program is for students to apply the knowledge gained to make healthy lifestyle decisions. Students will be exposed to a variety of physical activities including team sports and personal fitness. guidance.
