Puppy’s First Bath Top Tips


1: Ensure there is a non-slip mat in the bath for stability


2: Introduce the water slowly by turning the shower head on low and splashing - lukewarm temperature


3: Use a puppy shampoo and dilute as per the instructions


4: Praise puppy and give treats as you bath 5: Make sure all shampoo is rinsed from the coat 6: Wrap tightly in a towel and give a cuddle


7: Remove as much water as possible by gently rubbing - switch to a dry towel if necessary


8: Use a gentle, warm air dryer to finish off, making sure the coat is completely dry
