• Fill the inside of the brewer with approximately 300ml of ice


• Rinse the filter paper with hot water before adding 38grams of ground coffee


• Pour the water slowly in a circular motion for even coverage, and keep adding when the bloom deflates


• Wait for the ice to melt and then enjoy!


• Can also be used without the ice holder for hot brewed coffee
