Stories abound of careers in journalism as Life Members are feted


Ann Cahill didn’t have to cover cour t or counci l meetings when she first s t a r t e d wo r k i n g a s a journalist on a regional newspaper because her editor was worried she might be exposed to bad language a n d o t h e r u n s a v o u r y matters! It was just one of the stories


recounted in the Gresham Hotel where 16 members were honoured with Life Membership certificates, Ms Cahill among them.
