The Upper B.A.R.N. is designed with recreation and wellness in mind and will also serve as a flexible venue for community events and large resident gatherings. This area will feature two indoor pickleball courts and two basketball hoops. A golf simulator with a nearby seating area will offer residents a fun and social way to enjoy the game in a relaxed setting.
The Lower B.A.R.N. will include three distinct sections, each focused on artistic expression, learning, and community interaction. The first will be an expanded woodshop, complete with woodworking equipment, individual workstations, dedicated rooms for wood finishing, and storage. The second space will be a creative makers space, designed to support a variety of hands-on projects with ample work areas, supply
storage, and a place for educational activities. The third section will serve as an indoor/outdoor gathering space, including a comfortable indoor meeting room and a beautiful outdoor patio that overlooks the community gardens.
